Refund and Returns Policy

At Adenistic, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances with care and hygiene. To ensure product safety, our Return & Refund Policy applies under the terms below:


No Returns on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened, unsealed, or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.


Eligible Returns (Only in Specific Cases)

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  1. The product was damaged during delivery
  2. The wrong item was delivered
  3. The parcel arrived broken or leaked
  4. There is a packaging defect

Note: Proof of the issue (photo or video) must be shared within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Replacement Process

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Share photos/videos of the issue and your order number
  3. We will send a replacement at no extra cost

Refunds are only processed if replacement is not possible.


Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or opened perfumes
Items without original packaging
Customer-caused damage
Personal preference or fragrance liking issues


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
