- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The packaging or bottle is defective
Note: Exchanges are not allowed due to personal preference, fragrance selection, or if the product has been used.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Condition of the Product
To qualify:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, box, and labels must be intact

Exchange Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- You will return the item through our designated courier service
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement item
Shipping Costs
- If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we cover all exchange shipping costs
- If the issue is not due to us, exchange may not be approved
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items requested after the 3-day window
