Order Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may refer to our Exchange Policy if there is an issue with the product upon delivery.
Refunds on Canceled Orders
- If the order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, and payment was made in advance, any applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- If the order was Cash on Delivery (COD), no charges will apply upon cancellation within the valid time window.
Non-Cancellable Situations
Your order cannot be canceled if:
- The 12-hour window has passed
- The order has already been dispatched
- You placed a custom or special request order
