Exchange Policy

At Adenistic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can apply for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The packaging or bottle is defective

Note: Exchanges are not allowed due to personal preference, fragrance selection, or if the product has been used.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Condition of the Product

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, box, and labels must be intact

Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will return the item through our designated courier service
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement item

Shipping Costs

  • If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we cover all exchange shipping costs
  • If the issue is not due to us, exchange may not be approved

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items requested after the 3-day window
